Dexter Lall is a third-generation Customs Broker and Director of Premier Customs Brokerage, with over 20 years of experience in customs brokerage and international trade across Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana. He holds a BSc in Management and Finance from The University of the West Indies.
Continuing a family legacy established by his grandfather and father, Patrick Lall, Dexter plays an active role in trade facilitation and regulatory improvement. He works closely with manufacturers in Trinidad and Tobago, advising on bonded manufacturing operations, excise frameworks, and warehouse arrangements that support compliant production structures and access to available industry benefits.
Under his leadership, Premier Customs Brokerage has grown into an integrated logistics and customs solutions provider committed to integrity, compliance, and industry development.
