Anthony A. Flynn is the Managing Director/CEO of PAS Trinidad Ltd. He assumed the role on February 1, 2026. He began his logistics career in 2004 at PAS Cargo USA and joined PAS Trinidad in April 2007 as an administrative assistant.
Over time, he progressed through key operational leadership roles, first being placed in charge of warehouse operations and later serving on the Board of Directors as Director of Operations, building hands-on experience across the full supply chain cycle. Today, he provides executive oversight for Imports, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Sales, with a focus on reliable execution, customer service, and continuous improvement.
Anthony is particularly focused on practical technology adoption that delivers measurable results. He has led efforts to implement technology backed tools that support teams and raise productivity across departments, while simplifying workflows by evaluating operational needs against what software solutions actually offer. This approach helps ensure the right fit and avoids adopting technology for its own sake. His leadership balances compliance, efficiency, and service quality in a real-world logistics environment.
He holds a BA from Rollins College (2004), triple majoring in Economics, Political Science, and Environmental Science, with a minor in Physics, and completed all modules offered by the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute in 2015. Anthony is a proud husband and father of three.
